Puerto Galera, we are not cows

Enough is enough.
After the danger to go in a banca, after bad experience of this kind of transportation, price and taxes must be considered.
I cannot help adding something about management in Puerto Galera.
Nobody complains but I do.
Banca transportation is not only not adapted but it's really too expensive. Always we were said it's because of high price of gas oil and gasoline and now ?
150% increase price in 12 years is it admissible? The answer is "NO" of course.

But wait it's not finished.
30P for terminal fee in Batangas and when you arrive in Sabang 50P for environmental conservation. 
Let me laugh. 
I really want to know for which projects my money is used. Nobody asks or complains, very strange.
But the worst is coming when traveller will leave Puerto Galera he will pay 20P for his insurance so very nice, now we know it's recognized by people in charge : bancas are dangerous! 
And of course, 10P for terminal fee.
Tourists are like cows, autorities will take the maximum money they can, until when?

I wonder if all these taxes, fees are legal, only a lawyer can help.
